The Eigen Foundation has issued the following clarifications on the distribution of 10% of Season 1 Phase 2 (approximately 7.77 million EIGEN), Pendle, and certain other unresolved (DeFi) contracts on the X platform:

·Users of Pendle or any unresolved (DeFi) contracts will not be penalized in the distribution;

·The exact distribution percentage for Phase 2 is 9.28%, which accounts for approximately 10% of Season 1 distribution;

·The distribution of Season 1 Phase 2 is not predetermined but reflects the total distribution related to unresolved (DeFi) contracts.

In addition, Season 2 has now started, and participants in the ecosystem after the snapshot on March 15th will be considered.

The initial total supply of EIGEN for Season 1 is distributed as follows:

·Season 1: 5% share, 83.68 million coins, including:

·Phase 1: 4.54% share, 75.91 million coins;

·Phase 2: 0.46% share, 7.77 million coins.
